​As the saying goes, the journey is just as important as the destination and we are here to make your experience of purchasing and enjoying your personal Rotunda effortless, enjoyable and exciting… it’s reassuring to know that we’re always here to assist you with bespoke design ideas and to advise and guide you as you plan your space.
If you wish to contact us at all with regards to general queries we will always do our best to give you a good idea how we can transform your outdoor living requirements over the phone or email.
The first step would be a design consultation, where we would then come up with an initial concept and draft a quote, so you can get an idea of how much the project would actually cost. Once you are happy with our quote, we would come and do a site survey and talk further about your design.

Stages
Stage 1
Consultation and initial concept.
Stage 2
Site Survey and Design Development.
Stage 3
Contract and 10% deposit.
Lead time information;
Groundworks and foundation to commence if client is organising
them themselves.
Stage 4
Design finalisation.
40% manufacturing deposit;
Date allocations confirmed;
Electrical layout confirmed.
Stage 5
Manufacture begins. Fine details such as paint colours confirmed
Stage 6
45% installation deposit due as team arrive on site.
Installation begins including groundworks and foundation if Rotunda is doing them.
Stage 7
Installation complete;
Client walk around to check they are happy and there are no snags;
Key handed over;
Site team leave;
Building control sign off if necessary.

Stage 8
5% completion invoice issued;​
Operation manual issued to ensure clients know how to take care of their Rotunda.
